is accepting scripts

BlackStage/NY is interested in receiving scripts that are relevant to the black experience. Although our main goal is in presenting performances of historical material, we are open to receiving material of other dramatic genres that relate to African American life.

Plays and other literary material that fit our goals will be presented as Off Broadway reading performances in New York City. Those materials that show enough promise will be presented as full productions.
